Steps to Inclusion - increasing the inclusion and acceptance in society of those with Autism Spectrum Conditions and those with Dyslexia
"79% (of autistic people surveyed in Scotland) think that public understanding of autism is poor or very poor."
(NAS Count Us In Campaign, 2013)
Steps to Inclusion is a social enterprise, based in Scotland, who are passionate about raising awareness and understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Dyslexia.
We work with schools, businesses, families, education establishments and community groups.
We deliver pupil workshops and staff training and develop educational resources for primary and secondary schools.
We believe that children, young people and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Dyslexia should be given a voice. We work collaboratively with other organisations to ensure that our work is informed by the views and experiences of both the Autism and Dyslexia communities.
